I find the lamps marked F.A.I.P. rather perplexing. No concrete information exists, but I did find on the internet that the name may stand for Fine Arts In Plaster or perhaps Federal Artists Initiative Program. Does anyone have further information?
Looking vaguely like a Henry Moore sculpture, this F.A.I.P. TV lamp is similar to the mid-century designs of Frederick Weinberg. Photos courtesy of Michael & Marci from Stinesville, Indiana.
|The red bulb is a nice addition to this monochromatic design.|
